Sozni
Sozni is the most delicate of Kashmir's embroidery traditions. It is worked with a fine needle in small, closely set stitches, so florals and paisleys build up slowly and softly, closer to a painting than a pattern. Where other techniques make a bold outline, Sozni fills a motif with gentle gradations of thread.

About Sozni
Our Sozni edit is small and considered. It brings together co-ord sets in ruby cotton, a pheran for the winter months, and shawls in semi pashmina from our Koshur Winter collection. The shawls are listed as Sozni handwork, and each pairs a soft, light drape with a border of fine embroidery.
Sozni suits those who prefer detail that rewards a closer look. A co-ord set carries it lightly enough for daytime, while a shawl over a plain kurta or coat lets the embroidery do all the talking.
Every product page lists the fabric, size and care for that piece, so you know exactly what you are choosing.
